Distinguished Speaker: Ms. Joy Butler
Ms. Butler is a transactional business lawyer who offers clients expertise in private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, copyright, trademark, entertainment and internet law. She has a law degree from Harvard Law School and a B.A. degree in economics from Harvard College. She is a member of the District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania Bars.

This evening's topic, the "long arm of the law," covers legal and legislative reaches even into the realm of the Internet. For our joint February presentation with AITP, Joy Butler will present a discussion on how the law governs Internet activities and how new laws can affect us and our communities.
