Monique Berry, President BDPA Philadelphia and Dr. Juan Gilbert, Auburn University, are BDPA Members who are among this year's distinguished Black Engineer of The Year Award (BEYA) recipients for 2009's Modern-Day Technology Leaders honored Friday, February 20, 2009 at the Baltimore Convention Center. BDPA's Philadelphia Chapter is the nation's BDPA Chapter of the Year for two (2) consecutive years. BDPA IT Institute is powered by Auburn University.
One of the world's largest engineering and technology expos, career fair, HBCU and STEM workshop activities continue today in the Baltimore Convention Center. On Saturday, February 21, 2009, visit BDPA in Booth #426 and attend our workshops presented from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in Room #318 at the Convention Center. Exhibits are free and open to the public.
