Perry Carter, BDPA (Washington) shown above at a recent Modern Day Marine exhibit in Quantico, Virginia is one of BDPA's Chapter presidents. He is TMI's regional VP/CIO and supports TMI's Navy/Marine Corps small business channel, TMI's HBCU/MI DoD engagements, and government relations from TMI's Mid-Atlantic field offices.
